Rain, rain, and more rain!

Virginia has two rainy seasons, and two (relatively) dry seasons. The spring and fall seasons tend to be very wet, while winter and summer are relatively dry. What 'dry' means is usually that it rains only once a week instead of all but one day a week! My sister sent a pair of rainboots for Rebecca to be able to play outside in the rain and puddles, and so I took advantage of a rainy day between showers, and got some pictures of Rebecca playing in her new boots! She just loves to go splashing in the puddles, and I'm sure she would spend her days doing so if I would let her!
